• REAR BUMPER: FLOE's patented rear bumper is an all-in-one solution for protecting the plywood decking from edge damage common to any wood decked trailer without protection. Allows your decking to last longer and look better without splints and nicks. Minimizes damage from loading and unloading. The removable rear bumper slides into place after the decking is mounted to the trailer. Caps off the back edge of the plywood for a cleaner look.
• ENCLOSED WIRING: Commercial grade lighting package is connected by one of the finest molded wiring harnesses available. Wiring is completely protected and concealed within the trailer frame. Molded wiring harnesses are easy to replace if they become damaged. All lights are grounded directly through the molded wiring harness to your tow vehicle. Plug holder on tongue keeps plug dry and corrosion free when not in use.
• LED LIGHTS: LED bulbs are brighter, create less heat and last longer than incandescent bulbs. Standard on Versa-Max TM, All-Terrain Pro and ATV Pro trailers. Lexan plastic front clearance lights are stronger and can take a beating on the road.
• REINFORCED TONGUE: FLOE's patented super-strong aluminum reinforced tube-style tongue will not bend or twist under load. Offers the security and dependability you need to enjoy your free time and get all your stuff where you want it to be.
• TONGUE JACK: Standard on 14 ft. and larger trailers; optional on 8 ft., 10 ft. and 12 ft. models. Bolts directly to pre-drilled tongue, eliminating clumsy brackets found on other brands.
• STRONG RECTANGULAR FRAME: There are three key factors that make up 95% of a trailer's structural integrity, tongue mounting system; to ensure safety and security, it is imperative that the tongue system will perform without twisting, cracking or bending. Main structural beams design and strength; the entire load of the trailer gets transferred to the ground through these beams which the axle(s) bolt to; if these beams are undersized or under-built, the beams and trailer will bend severely under a normal load. Cross member strength - Weak cross members will allow the entire trailer to twist under the weight of a rated load allowing corner-to-corner flex across the entire bed of the trailer; over time this flexing will cause welds to break and ultimately compromise the strength and integrity of your trailer; tubular side panels will not make up for a weaker axle beam as the side panel does very little to actually carry the load.
• FLOE'S TRAILER FRAME: All main structural components are tubular extrusions which add rigidity without adding weight. The tubes eliminate the twisting and flexing issues common to many "I" beam and "C" channel designs. FLOES's frame will lead to longer-lasting welds and ultimately a longer-lasting trailer.
• MAIN FRAME BEAMS: FLOES's custom structural beams are the heart of the trailer's structural integrity. Each beam is designed with the understanding that most of the weight of the trailer load runs through these beams. Completely welded to the cross members and are capped to keep out road debris.
• SIDE PANEL: The 7 in. tall side extrusions are one of the multi-purpose components on a FLOE trailer. The side panel ties the trailer cross members together which are welded on all four sides to the side panel. Custom extrusion with a channel that the decking slides into. Work great as a tie down point.
• CROSS MEMBERS: FLOE's cross members are welded on all four sides adding strength to the trailer structure and increasing corner-to-corner rigidity.
• TONGUE: Patented tubular aluminum tongue is unbelievably strong. Custom-extruded tongue that allows us to control reinforcement points and mitigate flex and twist. Ramp trailer have a longer tongue making unloading and backing up your trailer a simple task.
• PATENTED TILT CLAMP: Easier to use because it eliminates the hitch pin. Stops hitch pin hole wear which causes loose trailer/tongue connections. Pulls the tongue tight to the trailer with a stainless steel T-bolt which eliminates the normal vibration common to inferior tilt trailers. Standard on all tilt trailers.
• ONE PIECE RECEIVER: One-piece tongue receiver is welded to the frame of the trailer. Receiver adds strength to the trailer structure and to the tongue connection. Creates structural point for tilt clamp to secure trailer bed to tongue. Allows for a perfect fit every time. Keeps the trailer in-line with tongue, using flanges along the length of the receiver.
• V-FRONT: The V-front allows a FLOE Ramp/Salt Shield to be used, making the V-front tilt the easiest drive-on/drive off trailer made. Safety ramp hooks on V-front also accommodates the slide-n-glide ramp.
• LONGER TONGUE: V-Front tilt trailers use a longer tongue than standard tilt trailers. Allows enough space between your trailer and tow vehicle to lower both sides of the ramp/shield combo at the same time without jackknifing the trailer.
• TILT GAS SHOCK: Aid the tilt function and provide the necessary force to keep the deck tilted when loading. Permanently attach to trailer tongue. Optional for all tilt open bed trailers.
• EXTRA-WIDE 52 IN. RAMP WITH PLYWOOD DECK: 3/8 in. pressure treated plywood enclosed with aluminum. Ensures your wheeled and track products will load and unload smoothly and safely.
• SLIDE-N-GUIDE SYSTEM: FLOE ramps have a special slide-n-guide system so that stowing them under the trailer is smooth and effortless. Standard on all FLOE ramp trailers.
• SAFETY RAMP HOOKS: Safety hooks keep the ramp secure while loading and unloading.
